FV PRO Learn is a food industry training academy established in 2012 and a subsidiary of Food Vision Inc. Unlike typical training providers, we offer practitioner-led mentoring and customized learning solutions. Our team includes active GFSI lead auditors and consultants who bring real-world experience to every program.

Is your HACCP certification online?

Yes, we provide detailed HACCP certification online at Levels 2, 3 and 4. We teach Codex principles, hazard analysis and CCP development through our courses. HACCP for food manufacturing, food service, cannabis, pet food and also food packaging. Certified HACCP practitioners lead all programs.

What other GFSI training are you certified for?

Our full training for all major GFSI schemes including SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, IFS and Global Gap. Our instructors have over 800 audits completed and are certified lead auditors for these schemes. For every standard, we offer practitioner training, lead auditor preparation and internal auditor programs.

Can you personalize training in my organization?

Yes, we provide customized food safety training specific for your operations and industry segment. We've created programs at Costco, RBI, McDonald's. We specialize in food manufacturing, meat, dairy, seafood, beverage, pet food, cannabis, packaging, warehousing, and food service.

All of our instructors are active practitioners, food safety consultants, certified GFSI lead auditors, and industry veterans. They include Harvard-trained experts and former CFIA regulators. Together they have trained more than 7,000 professionals and performed 800+ GFSI audits of food companies worldwide.
